Akdeniz Project
White Lotus Akdeniz Project was built in the central and developing Küçük Kaymaklı District of Nicosia. One of the most important features of our project is that it is the first “controlled” site project of the city, where the entrance and exit has been controlled with high security.
The residences are designed with solar panels using green energy and a unique landscaping approach. The site, spread over 7000 sq m, was delivered at the end of 2018.
